A neighborhood, not an HOA
This is Magnolia Village.
Raeford’s friendliest few dozen homes, with an easy way to share news, events, and a helping hand.

I built this for our neighborhood: one neighbor who wanted a simple, friendly way for us all to stay in touch. It is free, it is private to verified residents, and there is no board, no dues, and no fine print. Magnolia Village belongs to the people who live here, and that means it belongs to you too.
About thirty homes, one place.
No names or faces out here in the open. Just the shape of the place, and how it works.
What’s inside the gate
The real neighborhood lives behind your code. Private, and just for us.
The map
An interactive map of the village, so you can put a name to the house and find your way to a neighbor.
The directory
Verified neighbors only, with each home in full control of exactly what it chooses to share.
The neighborhood feed
A friendly neighborhood feed where neighbors can post heads-ups, so the whole street stays in the loop and looks out for one another.
Watch for your postcard.
